Postage & Delivery

Australian Earring Company offers various affordable postage services for all your online orders and tracking will be provided to you once your parcel is ready to be sent.  You must select one of the options with tracking for it to be validated otherwise it is at your own risk if you choose not to have any tracking.

Processing of your order will generally be within two working days of placing an online order however, any special items may take between 5-10 working days dependent on time of order.  It would be best to message us if you are in a hurry for your items to see if we can fulfil them earlier.

Australian Earring Company only passes on the prices for postage charged by Australia Post or our Courier Company.  We do not make any money out of postage.

Postage costs and charges can be calculated prior to checking out!  You can calculate your postage and choose the most suitable option for yourself.  However, if the order is larger than normal, you may need to contact us for a quotation for delivery charges.

 It is recommended by Australian Earring Company that you track your items at all times to avoid disappointment of your item not arriving.  It is advised that you keep track of where your parcel is at all times and if there are any issues to seek further advice or clarification.  If you choose NOT to track your items, Australian Earring Company will not be responsible for any missing, late or stolen items.  It is at your own risk if you choose not to have any tracking.
